We believe in building trust and long-term relationships with our clients, which is why we offer this benefit, confident in their serious approach and responsibility when using our vehicles. This is our way of enhancing the experience for our regular customers and making the car rental process easier for them.

However, in cases where a potential client wishes to rent a luxury vehicle, whose value may exceed 100,000 euros, the situation is a bit different. Given the high value of the vehicle, the safety, and protection of all parties' interests, we cannot approve a rental without a deposit in such cases. This is standard practice when renting luxury vehicles, which helps cover potential risks and protect the agency's assets.

Additionally, to ensure the client has sufficient funds for any potential expenses, we are obligated to request a certain amount of available funds on the client’s credit card. This step is crucial, as it allows us to have adequate protection in case of any unforeseen circumstances. Our intention is to ensure that car rental is safe and secure for all parties, with a clear and transparent policy that protects both the clients' and the agency's assets and rights.
